Which platforms is this game available on?
You can play this game on iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch), most Android phones, BlackBerry 10 phones and Mac OS X. Download links are at the top of this page.

Which modes are free to play?
You can play all the modes in the "Solar System" and "Sci-Fi" areas for free. The other four areas ("Space Race", "Technology", "Astronomy" and "Science") are all paid upgrades. You can choose to either purchase each mode individually, or all together in a bundle.

How do I purchase the additional modes?
Start the game, go to the main menu and tap the mode you wish to purchase. Then tap "Upgrade" and follow the onscreen instructions.

How do I remove the advertising?
Any purchase (game modes or powerups) permanently removes all advertising in the game.

What if I change phones, or reset my saved data?
This question will depend on which platform you are playing the game on. iOS and Mac devices will retain their data as the user upgrades, whereas Android and BlackBerry support for this varies. If you lose any previous purchases for any reason, simply visit the upgrade screen and tap "Restore Previous Purchases" to re-download your items.

I'm running on BlackBerry and I don't see an option to "Restore Previous Purchases".
Please make sure you are running the latest version of the game. To do this, open the BlackBerry World app and visit the updates screen, and download any available updates for this game. You'll need to be running BlackBerry OS software 10.2 at a minimum to receive the latest version.

Does the game support leaderboards and achievements?
Support for leaderboards and achievements varies by platform. The following platforms support leaderboards and achievements: iOS, Mac OS X, Amazon App Store.

I've purchased something, but I want a refund.
Firstly, have you purchased something but it hasn't appeared on your device? If so, try rebooting your device and then tapping the "Restore Previous Purchases" button on the upgrade screen. This will re-download any existing purchases linked to your account. If you'd still like a refund please contact the relevant App Store you downloaded the game from. Unfortunately, we aren't able to issue refunds directly ourselves - this must be done via the individual App Stores.
